How the E-Mail was Re-Won

So after getting the notification that my e-mail was about to expire, I sent a response stating, essentially, “Good riddance”. You may recall my previous rant about how they lost my messages, and so I switched. About an hour later I got a response from Scott (sysadmin there I believe) stating that they do, in fact, keep backups and it was just that the support agent I was corresponding with didn’t know about it. Had I talked to the right person, all would have been resolved. Oh well. At least I now know it isn’t a company issue, but rather just an agent issue, and I don’t need to boycott :-) I’ll probably keep the address on for a while, at least as a secondary account, just cause I like the name.
