Proper Support Etiquette

Please, people, if you are going to ask for help with a problem you are having with my software, be prepared to follow-up with me about it. It is very rare for an initial support request to have all the information I need to solve an issue that you are having. If I reply to your request asking for more information, then send the information! Even if I manage to provide you with a fix or workaround, sending me the information I request is still important because I need it to figure out why the problem happened in the first place. At the very least, have the curtesy to let me know that the problem has been solved so I don’t think there are people out there still having issues (with my software, that is. I KNOW there are plenty of people with issues).
